Within 30 days of your purchase from Alaninu.com, you can submit a return for eligible items in exchange for store credit. To submit your return, please use the following link, which will direct you to our return portal: Alani Nu Returns. If your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Please note that all processed orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any fraudulent orders will be cancelled.

Exclusions to Refund & Exchanges: 

  • All beverages, snacks, and merchandise
  • Limited-edition items
  • We do not accept returns on purchases made through retail locations
  • All orders placed using a discount, rewards points, or during a promotion (i.e. Black Friday promo, BOGO deals, etc.)
  • Final sale items

International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We will issue store credit for the return once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse. Once you have dropped off your item(s) with the shipping carrier, please be sure to reach out to our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with your package’s return tracking number. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in-transit.
